Terms & Conditions: Away Resorts IBCC Holiday Prize Draw
1. The promoter is Away Resorts Ltd, of The Maylands Building, 200 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7TG (“we”, “us” or “Away Resorts”).
2. The IBCC Holiday Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Away Resorts Ltd, their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
3. To enter, participants must complete and submit the IBCC holiday giveaway web form between 9:00am on 20 October 2026 and 9:00am on 20 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. All times are UK local time.
4. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted using automated systems or multiple identities, or containing incomplete or inaccurate details, may be disqualified.
5. Entrants are not required to consent to marketing communications to enter. Any option to receive marketing communications from Away Resorts is voluntary and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within five working days of the closing date. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
7. The winner will receive one free Away Resorts holiday up to a maximum value of £500. The prize can be used by the winner and accompanying guests, up to the maximum occupancy of the accommodation chosen. If the winner’s chosen holiday exceeds the maximum value of £500, the winner may either choose a lower-value date/accommodation combination within the £500 cap, or pay the difference in cost themselves. No refund will be given if the winner’s chosen holiday is less than £500 in value.
8. The prize must be booked by 28 February 2027 and taken between 25 November 2026 and 31 December 2027.
9. To book, the winner must call the Away Resorts Contact Centre on 01442 506 202 and quote the unique prize reference provided when they are notified. The prize cannot be booked online.
10. The prize is subject to availability and excludes Kenwick Park, Piperdam, Woodland Lakes, Kenwick Hotel and Boston Hotel.
11. Availability will vary by park, accommodation type and date, and the eligible options will be confirmed by the Away Resorts Contact Centre when the winner books.
12. Travel, food and drink, activities, pet charges, insurance, spending money and other optional extras are not included unless expressly confirmed by Away Resorts.
13. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form within five working days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification.
14. Away Resorts will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these terms, Away Resorts may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same process.
15. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
16. The winner may be required to provide proof of age, identity and UK residency before the prize is confirmed.
17. Away Resorts will not publish the winner’s name or other personal details, or use the winner in publicity, without their prior consent. However, Away Resorts must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Away Resorts will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails marketingheroes@awayresorts.co.uk or writes to us at Away Resorts, The Maylands Building, 200 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7TG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Away Resorts using the email address or postal address referenced above. In such circumstances, Away Resorts must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required to demonstrate that a valid prize was awarded. Any information provided will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
18. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Away Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
19. Away Resorts accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
20. Personal information submitted through the entry form will be processed to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, notify the winner, fulfil the prize and demonstrate that the prize draw has been administered fairly. Entry into the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
21. Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications, their information will also be processed in accordance with that consent. 22. If circumstances outside Away Resorts’ reasonable control make it necessary to do so, we may substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary, provided that doing so does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.

24. These terms are governed by English law. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence within the United Kingdom.
